Desert Sands ShadowSense Collection | First Look
The Desert Sands ShadowSense Collection by SeneGence released and it is so fun! I love how the colors compliment each other to wear as a cohesive look and they give you the option to pair with other colors to create a pop. This is definitely a great shadow release this year!

Canyon ShadowSense
Canyon ShadowSense is going to be one of those staple eye shadow colors you want in your arsenal. With its light, neutral taupe color and cooler undertones, it makes it a fantastic transition shade and base color.
This eye shadow has a creamy consistency and applies well. Definitely in the same texture category as Candlelight and Moca Java ShadowSense. Do yourself a favor and snag a few of these before they sell out, trust me you will want them. 😉
Goldstone Shimmer ShadowSense
Oh Goldstone Shimmer ShadowSense you have me ready for Fall! I know that is a controversial topic to summer lovers everywhere, but man do I love fall. Yes, even in Florida.😂
Goldstone Shimmer is a warm terra-cotta with a subtle golden shimmer. I really appreciated how this shade applied as well. While it could easily be sheered out, see eye look below, you can also build it up quickly for a bolder look.
I have a feeling I’ll be grabbing for this shade frequently this fall.
Heatwave Glitter ShadowSense
The last in the collection is Heatwave Glitter ShadowSense. It is a rosy mauve with an iridescent glitter.
Heatwave Glitter eye shadow is in the same application family as Platinum Glitter and Glazed Glitter. While they each provide a stunning glitter to any eye look they are sheer! When applying know that it will not have a bold pop of color so it is best to have a shade underneath to compliment or know that it will be a sheer glitter texture on your lid.
Oh! Remember to pat your glitter shades to get the best application with the least irritation. Since glitter shades have more glitter that means larger flecks. Patting versus rubbing will work best.

Overall, I am VERY excited about this collection and it pairs well together. When it first released I was worried the Goldstone Shimmer ShadowSense wouldn’t fit in, but they truly do make a pretty and subtle eyelook.
