Fifteen Hats Collection Return Policy

This policy covers returns of Collection boutique items only. SeneGence makeup and skincare returns are covered by a separate 100% satisfaction guarantee policy, contact Ashley for returns of all SeneGence items.

Collection Return Policy:

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not loving your item to the fullest, we accept returns within 14 days after delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective. Your refund will be given in the form of store credit to be used for a future purchase of either Fifteen Hats Collection or SeneGence makeup and skincare products. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

• No returns for any products marked ‘Final Sale’

• Any returned product not meeting the guidelines above will not be eligible for store credit reimbursement. The item can be mailed back to you if additional shipping cost is paid.
