Top 10 Selling Products | September 2020
September was such a crazy month with back to school, whether in-person or virtual, and it seemed like most were trying to get into the swing of things with the ‘new normal.’ You can definitely see that September was keeping with the trend of basics for makeup as a majority of my clients are wearing less makeup for conference calls or wanting to highlight their eyes with mask wearing! Here are September’s Top 10 products for Fifteen Hats clients!
Sheer Red LipSense was released during the month of September in the Sunset Skies LipSense Collection and it quickly became a favorite! While it has the bold red pop of color it also is on the subtle end for reds allowing clients to achieve a red lip without being ‘too loud.’

I don’t know how I personally lived without this lash primer! It was released a couple years ago and is tenfold better than our older formula! With tan coloring it allows your mascara and tinted mascaras to have that extra color pop. In addition, it has ingredients to assist your lash line with new lash growth by over 46% in four weeks.

Moca Java Shimmer is a ShadowSense shade that I find many clients return to refill time after time. This natural light brown shadow with a golden finish is the perfect compliment to almost every eyelook!

Plum Berry ShadowSense was also released during September as part of the Sunset Skies ShadowSense Collection. It is my personal favorite in that collection and I love how versatile it is with how pigmented or sheered out the color can appear depending on your application. Plum Berry will look equally amazing paired with pink or purple tones and is a fantastic shade for your shadow collection.

Oh man you cannot go wrong with any of our eyeliner pencils! Their no budge, no smudge, no eye goop formula is all you need to know. Plus, they are waterproof and truly do last all day! Black is my most popular eyeliner color, and the one I wear, but Black-Brown would be a close second. Our Eyeliner Pencils seem to be in high demand the past couple of months as our clients work to highlight their eyes.

Pink Fortune Gloss was recently released in the Mystical Gloss Duo Collection and was definitely the most favored of the two glosses. It was really hard to pick between them both, but Pink Fortune offers a softer look with it’s frosty pink finish. It reminds me of Pink Champagne LipSense, but in gloss form. Perfect for on-the-go and needing to add a little color to your face. Plus, I’m hearing this gloss is already in low inventory with the company! EEK!

Color Correcting Tinted Moisturizer always seems to find it’s way into the top 10 month after month! With it’s sheer to medium coverage and lightweight feel on the skin it is the perfect makeup item to wear daily. Whether you are pairing it with our foundation or wearing it on it’s own it has pigments to even out your skin tone and give you a pulled together look when running out the door or hopping on a Zoom Call.

Light Concealer was a popular option during September. All of those that hosted online parties during the month of September seemed to snag this one after seeing its power! Light concealer provides amazing color correction and can be used to even skin tone, blur imperfections, and conceal under your eyes. Plus, it has our skincare in it keep your skin healthy while wearing.

Black VolumeIntense Non-Waterproof Mascara is definitely the top selling mascara I have, even though I prefer the waterproof version.😜 With the ingredients to assist in lash growth up to 46% over 4 weeks of use, but also instant results I can’t keep clients away! Our non-waterproof formula is humidity resistant, will last you all day, and will give you the look of falsies without wearing false lashes!

During September Body Wash was actually our top selling item! 😱 If you haven’t seen the blog post I wrote on our Body Wash you have to check it out. I love the way the body wash leaves my skin feeling hydrated and nourished, it lathers well, and I can also use it as shave gel! Several clients took us up on trying this product during September and everyone is loving it.
September was a large mix of items, but I’d say overall it was back to basics with makeup application. How many of September’s top 10 do you own? I predict October will bring us some bolder shades and colors for Halloween in the top 10! Until next time.
