Tranquil Tides ShadowSense Collection

Tranquil Tides ShadowSense Collection First Thoughts and Review. Sea Glass Shimmer, Pink Sand Beach, Coastal Bluff Shimmer, and Tumbled Jade ShadowSense.

Tranquil Tides ShadowSense Collection was just released by SeneGence and oh my! Who can resist new ShadowSense eye shadow shades! This collection has a little bit of something for everyone and it is truly STUNNING on multiple skintones, but especially medium and deep tones (in my personal opinion). 😍 Take a peek at the shades on multiple skin tones below to see for yourself!

The shadows featured in this collection are Sea Glass Shimmer, Tumbled Jade, Coastal Bluff Shimmer, and Pink Sand Beach ShadowSense. As usual they are available individually or as a collection. The collection comes with a super cute blue carrying bag.

Sea Glass Shimmer is first up and seen here compared to similar blue shadows (also see below with the greens).

Sea Glass Shimmer is an airy sky blue with a soft metallic finish. This is going to be great to highlight the inner corner of your eyes, a pop of shimmer on your eyelid, or even an all over eyelid look which is making a comeback.

The consistency of Sea Glass Shimmer ShadowSense is on the thicker, creamier side. It blends nicely to give you a barely there pigment (great for cheek highlights) or a bold metallic shimmer for a little pizazz.

Definitely intrigued to work this eye shadow shade into more of my looks.

Next let’s take a look at Tumbled Jade ShadowSense. This earthy jade green has a matte finish to it and has a great pigment range.

The consistency of this eye shadow is on the thinner side so depending on your experience level and tools just remember to pat to deepen the pigment. Patting will be your best friend. I did not find that this color streaked when blending which was a huge plus for me!

I love that this green can be bolder or blended out as you can see in the photo below to be a softer shade. That makes it versatile for your makeup bag and also fantastic to add a pop of color under your eyes!

Coastal Bluff Shimmer ShadowSense is probably my favorite from this collection and the one I will find myself grabbing for time and time again. It is a shimmering tan with subtle green shimmer.

This color fits right into our neutral color palette so easily, but gives a little something extra with its shimmer flecks. I think it will be a staple for Spring!

The consistency of this shadow was creamier like the Sea Glass Shimmer making it easy to blend. I also think this would be a fun cheek highlight tapped out on your cheek bone.

Overall, I know this one will get used in my collection regularly.

Also, pictured here is Pink Sand Beach compared to other tan ShadowSense shades.

Last up is Pink Sand Beach ShadowSense! This eye shadow was so interesting to me because it really took on a life of its own when you paired it with like colors. Next to tans it looks pink and next to the pinks it looks tan. 😂

Pink Sand Beach is a creamy light beige-pink with a matte finish. The consistency is on the thinner side similar to Tumbled Jade.

This shade was SUPER light on me. I want to play with it more, but at first application I used it as a base all over my lid similar to how I would use Candlelight ShadowSense.

Final Thoughts on Tranquil Tides Collection

Overall, this collection is pretty and I can’t wait to pair it with some of our other permanent line ShadowSense shades. While they do create a cohesive look, seen below, I think I would like to highlight the shades a little differently with some deeper shadow shades.

I’d love to know which eye shadow is your favorite? Tell me in the comments below!
