New Leaders Conference Releases: October 2024
It’s October, and you know what that means, new releases from the Leaders Conference! This is always an exciting time as we head into the holiday season. We typically see a brand-new product launch and some holiday minis, and this year did not disappoint! I’m so sad I wasn’t able to be there in-person to grab the releases to show you all right away, but baby Cosette arriving in 2 weeks will do that to you.😂 Although, I did think about driving, Justin wasn’t about that. So my order should be here Friday to show you everything on!
Let’s start with our first highlight, Dream Gloss, a stunning sheer mauve shimmer. I’m especially excited about this one because I feel like we’re overdue for more berry and mauve shades, my personal favorites. Plus, up to $10,000 in profits from this gloss will benefit WoVeN, a Women’s Veterans Network. Not only is it a beautiful color, but it supports a meaningful cause. If you have never tried our glosses they are moisturizing and hydrating for your lips. They can be worn on their own or over any of our LipSense long-lasting lip colors to provide an additional tint to your lips.
Now, let’s talk about the Glow Bouncy Mousse Multi-Use Pigment—one of our most exciting new releases! This product is super versatile and can be used on your lips, eyes, or cheeks. It comes in two shades to start: Berry Whip and Ethereal Rose. These pigments have a lightweight, whipped gel-mousse texture and offer buildable, sheer coverage. Whether you’re applying with your fingers or a brush, they’re easy to use on the go. Oh and for the holiday season they come with corresponding glitter shades if you want to liven up your look with more shimmer.
What's even better? They’re packed with hyaluronic acid, aloe vera, and prickly pear extract to nourish and hydrate your skin. And for my oily-skin ladies—don’t worry. These have a non-greasy finish, so they’ll work beautifully for you too! I think these will be a must-have for your makeup bag, and I can’t wait to see how they mix and match with other products, like our eyeshadows. Honestly, everyone I have seen from the conference that has applied them they give the most stunning dewy pigment to your skin!
Next, while this wasn’t officially a Leaders Conference release, it’s brand new, and I’m too excited not to share, introducing the Conditioning Hair Detangler & Primer! This leave-in spray nourishes and detangles while offering heat protection. I ordered one for myself and one for Arabella because this will be a game-changer for easy, healthy hair prep. It’s supposed to be lightweight and help smooth your hair too, which I can use all the help with with postpartum here soon.
Another fun release for the holiday season is the Candy Cane Nail Polish. It’s a sheer polish with festive red and silver glitter that’s perfect for topping any nail color or wearing on its own. It’s part of our 17-free nail polish line, meaning it’s free of 17 harmful chemicals typically found in other polishes. These special nail toppers always fly off the shelves as stocking stuffers, so grab yours fast!
Ah let’s not forget our beloved mini collections, they’ve brought back some fan favorites with a twist! These minis have been paired differently this year, I’ll do a separate blog post with the ones that are returning, so check them out to see if your favorite is back. Our brand new mini collection I’m obsessed with is the Satin Ribbon Mini Collection. It includes three gorgeous mini products: a Glowify plumping gloss, a ShadowSense shade, and a LipSense color.

Let’s Dive Into the Satin Ribbon Mini Collection
The first gem is the Satin Ribbon Mini Plumping Gloss. This is a translucent baby pink shade, perfect on its own or layered over your favorite LipSense color. I love how lightweight and non-sticky these glosses are. If you haven’t tried our plumping glosses, you’re missing out, they’re a must-have for easy, on-the-go glam! Plus, they do not agitate your lips to plump them. There really is no downside to using these.😂
Next is Crushed Velvet Shimmer Mini ShadowSense, a stunning champagne-brown shimmer. This is such a versatile shade that pairs beautifully with other colors in your makeup collection. Whether you're wearing it alone or blending it with others, it’s going to be a holiday staple. I love that it can give a neutral glam feel or be significantly jazzed up depending on what you pair it with.
Finally, the moment we’ve been waiting for: Rose Lace Mini LipSense! Thank goodness for this release, it’s a rose-mauve with a semi-matte finish. My clients and I have been begging for more mauve shades, and this one delivers. I’m so excited to try it out and share my thoughts with you soon! It kind of reminds me of Charmed LipSense so I’m excited to see how it compares once I have it in my hands.
